■ Technical Overview

Hydrogen peroxide is activated by radiation, which enhances the cleavage of the O–O bond and generates hydroxyl radicals.These radicals further react with hydrogen peroxide to produce oxygen gas. The system offers advantages such as easy operation, no corrosive gas generation, and no residual impurities. The cost is approximately 1.0 NTD per kilogram of spent H₂SO₄, making it suitable for semiconductor factories and facilities without waste heat treatment
