Dyeable Polypropylene Fiber Modification Technology & PET Fabrics Sustainable Decolorization Technology

Dyeable Polypropylene Fiber Modification Technology
■ Technology Overview
▶ Polypropylene(PP)fiber is among the materials with the lowest carbon emissions and energy consumption worldwide. However,
its application has been limited by poor dyeability, as it has traditionally been limited to solution dyeing.
▶ Through innovative molecular design and compatibilization blending, MCL has successfully embedded polar groups capable of
bonding with dyes into the PP fiber matrix. This achieves high color strength and good colorfastness, overcoming the long-standing
dyeing limitations of PP fibers and promoting their practical application in the global low-carbon fashion apparel market.

PET Fabrics Sustainable Decolorization Technology
■ Technology Overview
PET Fabrics Sustainable Decolorization Technology is an eco-friendly process for decoloring recycled textiles, paving the way for closed-loop garment-to-garment textile recycling. ITRI’s innovative decolorization agent produces no VOC and seamlessly integrates with existing dyeing processes, requiring no equipment upgrades. It restores treated textiles to their original colors and increases reusability of recycled fibers. ITRI’s decolorization agent works efficiently at just 90 ℃ with a remarkable decolorization efficiency of over 99%, while carbon emissions are reduced by 55.6%, ensuring eco-friendly decolorization.
