Currently, aluminum is the main frame material for solar modules worldwide. Still, aluminum is expensive and has durability and corrosion problems, and labor costs such as cutting and assembly of aluminum
frame installation are also high. However, the high salt and high acidity in coastal areas and other harsh environmental fields and the windy sand and fine stones blown by the northeast monsoon will damage the weathering coating of the existing aluminum frame surface and cause corrosion. Therefore, the development of a non-corrosive/weather resistant/durable frame is necessary for dual-glass solar modules.

Compared with the traditional aluminum-frame solar modules, our innovative features include the following:
• The back plate is changed to strengthened glass, which can withstand the erosion of wind and sand, and is also completely insulated and waterproof
• Non-corrosive and weather-resistant engineering plastic to replace the corrosive aluminum material
• High-efficiency double-glass power generation module
• After the module is discarded, the non-corrosive and weather-resistant engineering plastic frame material can be recycled and reused, which meets the demands of a green circular economy
