Rheology performance is one of the key factors that majorly affect polymer processing. Capillary rheometer could derive proper manufacturing conditions in heat processing; parallel plates rheometer could analyze differences of polymer molecular structures and viscoelasticity changes; melt strength and extensional rheology test could observe extension processing performance.

▣ Plastic Stabilizer Selection and Verification
Polymers would deteriorate under processing or exposure to light, heat and oxygen, causing physical downgrading, embrittlement, color-fading, or lowing transparency. We'd add some functional  ingredients during processing to delay and interfere with polymer deterioration, and those ingredients are called "Stabilizer". Though it doesn't permanently valid on delay and interfere deterioration, stabilizers are able to slow down and prevent further worsening of polymer degradation to meet the requirement of commercial products. Considering different end demands on physical properties, we combine powdering technique, formula design and processing verification in this platform to tailor functional plastic with proper light and heat stability.
