The development of functional coatings technologies includes thermal spraying technology, chemical vapor deposition of SiC thick film technology, metal parts repair and regeneration technology. The main technical applications include power generation, aero engines, biomedical technology, steel mill rollers, semiconductor components, tools and molds industry.

▣ Thermal Spraying Coatings(50~500μm)
Thermal spraying is a useful skill to improve surface properties of machine parts which applied in industrial applications. We provided thermal spraying coatings in wear resistance, corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, thermal barrier, anti-stick and insulation applications.

▣ SiC coating thickness (1μm~2mm)
Silicon carbide is a material with a covalent bond structure. The SiC coating has features of high wear resistance, corrosion resistance and wear resistance, and high thermal conductivity. The coating is favored in various industrial applications. SiC coatings are highly chemically stable and resistant to oxidation. It is good for the applications of LED carrier, semiconductor industry, sheet, pump blade, ball valve component, seal, bearing and heat exchanger.

▣ Directed Laser Deposition(200μm~)
The advantage of directed laser deposition is rapid producing layers. It has great advantages in the rapid production of large-scale coatings or components. The material utilization rate in the production process is high. It can stack coatings or repair components on the surface of objects, and can also be used on other components, add accessory components, or directly build up 3D components.
