High-Stress-Absorbing Optical Adhesive Film(Roll Material)

■ Technical Overview
This technology targets interlayer stresses in composite stacks with mismatched
coefficients of thermal expansion(CTE). During thermal shock, such mismatch causes
display substrates to warp, delaminate, and show ripple patterns.By introducing
sterically hindered chain segments into an optical-acrylate monomer structure
and using bio-based precursors, we synthesized a new generation of low-carbon,
high-stress-absorbing optical adhesive films(roll form).

■ Features
▶ Roll-to-roll production capability at 350 mm and 750 mm widths.
▶ Bio-based adhesive with stable properties.
▶ Suppresses warpage under thermal shock for non-glass stacked substrates.

Low-carbon non-glass composite stack composition

Low-carbon non-glass composite stack composition

■ Industrial Applications
The bio-based, high-stress-absorbing optical adhesive mitigates internal stress in non-glass
composite stacks, improving laminate reliability and quality.
Provides a significant decarbonization solution aligned with net-zero objectives in the display
panel industry.
