⏹︎ Technology Overview
The Hydrophilic Anti-Fog Film is a coating synthesized using hydrophilic resin, applied to plastic substrates to create an anti-fog effect. This product is suitable for a variety of
plastic substrates, such as PET(Polyethylene Terephthalate), PC(Polycarbonate), and PMMA(Polymethyl Methacrylate), etc. In our products, we use PET(Polyethylene Terephthalate)
as the substrate. The coating is applied through a processing method and cured using ultraviolet light exposure, forming a stable and durable anti-fog layer.
 
⏹︎ Technical Features
The core of the Hydrophilic Anti-Fog Film lies in its hydrophilic coating, which has excellent hydrophilicity that reduces the accumulation of water droplets on the surface.This causes moisture to spread evenly across the surface, forming a thin and uniform water layer. This prevents water droplets from creating a foggy effect, therefore avoiding light scattering or refraction and ensuring a clear and unobstructed view.Following are the key features of our anti-fog film.

The hydrophilic resin based coating developed by ITRI can be applied to various substrates, including PET(polyethylene terephthalate), PC(polycarbonate),and PMMA(polymethyl methacrylate). This coating forms an anti-fog layer provide excellent antifog performance. It is particularly suitable for environments prone to fogging, such as freezers and helmets and variety of other application.
Additionally, the anti-fog film exhibits superior hydrophilic properties,maintaining clear visibility without allowing water droplets to obstruct vision, making it ideal for driving conditions.This hydrophilic anti-fog film is easy to use and comes with adhesive backing, enabling rapid integration into industrial applications.
