Cooling Water System Improvement Plan EDR Low-Carbon Side-stream System

■ Technical Overview
The core of this innovation is the Electrodialysis Reversal(EDR)technology, which utilizes a direct current electric field to drive the migration of ions through selective ionexchange membranes, effectively separating dissolved salts into concentrate and dilute streams. Through periodic polarity reversal and internal flow redirection, the system performs self-cleaning of membrane surfaces, preventing scale formation, enhancing operational stability, and extending membrane lifespan. By integrating EDR into cooling water management, the solution achieves :
