Through powder material synthesis technologies, advanced process platforms, and the establishment of a TAF-certified powder characterization laboratory, we aim to promote quality analysis and process verification from raw materials to end products, thereby enhancing the material properties and industrial applications of nitrides and carbides. By advancing from traditional ceramic material technologies toward high–value-added semiconductor applications, we seek to drive industrial technology upgrades and establish independent material development capabilities.
■ Value
Using AI computation and ML-assisted methods to develop innovative ceramic filtration materials, this work adopts recycled materials, optimizes material formulations, and integrates structural design with ceramic manufacturing and forming processes. The goal is to create bio-ceramic materials applicable to water quality regulation and filtration in agricultural and aquaculture environments. Through cross-domain integration of inorganic materials, this effort aims to enhance technological advancement within Taiwan’s agricultural industry.
