The ITRI iProphet system is a specialized measurement system designed to accurately measure the dielectric constant and dielectric loss of materials within the millimeter wave frequency range. The measurement principle relies on the core technology of a Fabry Perot Open resonator, employing sophisticated algorithm techniques and precise standing wave analysis to precisely ascertain the material's dielectric properties. This data equips material developers with crucial parameters for the development of high-frequency communication materials.Additionally, the system's fully automated operation and versatile sample range serve as indispensable tools for the evaluation and analysis of high-frequency materials.
