Process Inorganic Gas Treatment Technology

■ Industry Status
The precision molding industry often faces the problem of inorganic gas emissions (such as NH3 and HCl) during high-temperature processes. These gases often cause noticeable pungent odors in the factory, lead to reduced product yields, and endanger the health and safety of on-site personnel. However, there has long been a lack of effective treatment technologies for inorganic gas emissions in the precision molding industry.
In recent years, growing awareness of occupational safety has created an urgent need for the industry to develop inorganic gas treatment technologies to improve workplace air quality and reduce potential health and safety risks.

■ Technology Achievement
The development of process inorganic gas treatment technology has connected machine suppliers and end-users within the precision molding industry, conducted on-site technical validation, and supported them in addressing inorganic gas emission problems. Additionally, the technology has been licensed to an air purification equipment manufacturer. Through a technology transfer mechanism, industry partners will be connected to establish a gas treatment supply chain for the precision molding industry, with plans to expand applications to the semiconductor industry.
