The Technology of Photothermal Powder
■ Technology Overview
The photothermal conversion properties come from the surface plasma resonance effect of nanoparticles, that are excited by near-infrared (NIR) radiation in sunlight. Photon-to-thermal energy conversion involves several energy transfer processes, including photon-electron coupling, electron-electron coupling, electronphonon coupling, phonon-phonon coupling, and phonon-substrate coupling.
Our product consists of blue-colored nanoparticles that can be incorporated into fibers via spinning. The resulting photothermal fiber has a pale blue hue that can be easily dyed in a variety of colors.
 
■ Features & Applications-Photothermal Dispersion
Photothermal nanoparticles can be dispersed in water or organic solvents, and the solutions can be coated on textile by gravure or screen printing.

• visible band transmission of >85%
• NIR band cut >95%
These dispersions have a variety of applications, such as waterproof and breathable films, or electrospun nanofibers for breathable and waterproof films.

We can supply photothermal polyester and nylon masterbatch photothermal polyester and nylon fiber. Yarn products range from 50d to 150d in both DTY and ATY forms.
Photothermal fabrics have 10℃ higher than traditional fabrics by testing the TN-037 method.
