Re Origin: Aqueous Dye Removal Technology for PET Textiles Recycling
■ Technology Overview
"Fabrics Decoloring" is the key barrier of textile recycling. "Re Origin: Aqueous Dye Removal Technology" utilizes a water-based decoloring agent to remove the dispersed dye in PET fabrics and achieve colorless PET materials. This innovative technology provides a better solution for the issues of appearance and physical properties degradation of fabrics-recycle PET material from residual dye.
■ Technology Features
• Low decoloring temperature(T≤100℃ )
• High decoloring rate(≥98%)
• Low mechanical properties loss of recycld PET materials after a decoloring process
■ Applications
Microbial Dyes Development and Applications of Textiles
■ Technology Overview
The Material and Chemical Research Laboratories (MCL) has established a synthetic biology platform for new pathways in microbes. These microbes could produce dyes with high efficiency.
By optimizing fermentation and purification processes, the microbial dyes' process is non-toxic and scalable. Additionally, this manufacturing process is low-carbon and does not use petrochemical materials.
These microbial dyes can be applied to cotton or nylon fabrics.

■ Features
We provide a complete package of microbial dyes and dyeing auxiliaries to achieve commercial standards for color depth and fastness properties in cotton dyeing in the textile industry.
■ Applications
Consumer products are made from denim fabrics, such as business laptop backpacks, computer bags, and tote bags.
Biosynthetic Chemicals
■ Technology Overview
The Material and Chemical Research Laboratories (MCL) has established a platform for synthetic biology to design novel metabolic pathways in microbes, which includes systematically modifying microorganisms using synthetic biology and metabolic engineering. The goal of bacterial strain design technology for chemical production is to offer a low-carbon, non-toxic, green alternative to traditional production methods.
■ Features & Applications
We specialize in the development of bio-synthesized chemicals in a variety of applications, including organic acids, elastomer precursors, superabsorbent materials, food additives, cosmetics and marine biodegradable polymer materials.
